Well every Monday night we go hang out with family. After we get home I workout for about 1 1/2 hours. It's funny how we have routines in life. They seem to shape our life and they can help us or hurt us. What are some of your routines? Are they helping you become what you want to be? Are they helping you grow in your relationship with God?
